Lead Time:

Our banchan are freshly made upon receiving an order. Typically, we deliver within 2 - 3 days.

Timings:

Deliveries are scheduled between 9am-2pm and 4pm-8pm from Tuesday to Saturday. For deliveries on Monday or Sunday, please inform us in advance.

Third-party Delivery:

Deliveries are handled by a third-party vendor within specified time windows. While we strive to meet these deadlines, occasional delays due to weather, traffic, or driver availability may occur. Rest assured; we will notify you promptly of any such delays.

Charges:

We offer free delivery for orders of $91 and above. For orders below $91, a flat fee of $10 applies.

Self - collection will be along Yio Chu Kang Road (near to Lentor MRT) from Tuesday to Saturday anytime between 10am to 8pm. We will provide further details upon confirmation of order.

Order Confirmation:

Upon receiving your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp promptly to confirm your order details and delivery date.​

Payment details will be provided via WhatsApp. We accept PayNow and bank transfers.

Payment Confirmation:

Please send us a screenshot of your payment confirmation after completing the transaction. Orders will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.​​

Our best before dates is an indicative of how long our food can be kept at its optimal taste. While it is usually still safe to eat a few days past the best before date, we encourage you to review the shelf life of each item in the product details before placing an order.

Our vegetarian option means no alliums (no garlic, onion, scallion & spring onion), salted shrimp and anchovy sauce.
