Our red beans are freshly cooked upon order and not store bought hence it will not be overly sweet and freshness is guaranteed. Our rice cake is gluten - free and has a taste of a regular cake with a slight chewy texture. It has light taste and definitely a great snack to go with a cup of tea.
** Do not refrigerate the rice cake as it changes the texture. Keep any left-over in an air-tight container.
